Canadian author Mark Steyn told talk show host Rush Limbaugh Wednesday that President Obama was trying to create a cult of personality, comparing him to Saddam Hussein and Kim Jong-il, the North Korean leader.

That’s quite a trick, since Mark Steyn wasn’t talking to Rush Limbaugh at all: on Wednesday, Steyn was substitute hosting for Rush while the latter took his annual golf vaction.
