Internet Talk Radio Directory: my new favorite thing

Regular readers know how much I love conservative talk radio.

Listening got me through my last “real” job. Now talk radio keeps my butt in my chair, so I get more work done every day.

The trouble is, I hate remembering who’s on when, and on what internet station, in which time zone…

Now the Ultimate Internet Talk Radio Directory has come to my rescue!

In fact, I bought a lifetime membership to the thing…

But I’m getting ahead of myself.

As a member, you get all your favorite shows (and probably a few you hate — I’m looking at YOU, Alan Colmes…) listed on a single, one-page directory.

They’ve got 100 talk shows listed, all the big names: Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Hannity — you name it.

So you bookmark this site at every computer you use: at home, at work, your laptop…

When you’re ready to listen to talk radio, go to the Ultimate Internet Talk Radio Directory, look for the name of your favorite show.

Or if you’re in the mood for something new, look for the shows that are playing at that time. Maybe even liberal ones. (If you’re like me, those are the shows whose hosts’ names you’ve never heard of…)

Then just click on the radio station link. A new window launches on your computer, and the show of your choice will start broadcasting.

(Remember, though: when you listen to talk radio live online, you may “hear” silence during commercial breaks. Give the show a few minutes to start before you start asking Pat for help.)

Wait: who’s Pat?

Pat is the guy behind the Ultimate Internet Talk Radio Directory. I had a few questions, not to mention a few (cough) suggestions (like dividing shows into Conservative and Liberal — Pat says they’ll think about doing that when they do the next re-design. Maybe he’s just being polite…)

But anyhow, Pat IS polite, and answers emails very promptly, in case you run into any technical difficulties.

Which I doubt you will.

After all, the Ultimate Internet Talk Radio Directory is a no-brainer.

You don’t have to download any software or pay big bucks for satellite radio.

I’ve been looking for something like this for a VERY long time without really being able to put it into words.

Now I’ve found it, and I wanted to tell you all about it.

Oh, and it’s only $29.

A one-time payment of $29 for lifetime access.

Sorry to sound like a fan-girl, but this simple thing has already saved me lots of time and frustration trying to remember who is on where, when. Let’s face it: I’m getting old and can’t remember stuff…
