UPDATE:
Mark Steyn writes about “Canadian type Frankensteins” and announces that he’ll be thrilled to personally autograph your copy of Ezra Levant’s forthcoming book Shakedown (which I already have a copy of and you don’t ha ha) because Steyn wrote the intro.
Steyn also mentions the Edmonton Journal‘s interview with Dennis Miller in his most recent post.
That’s kinda funny because, for the last two days, Dennis Miller has been calling his interview with Mike Ross at the Edmonton Sun “the worst inteview he’s ever done.”
You can see why.
If I’m reading Mike’s piece correctly, he’s actually admitting, in public, that he, Mike Ross, a professional working journalist with a university degree (I’m assuming) didn’t know who Oriana Fallaci or Diane Arbus were before he looked them up on Google after Miller dropped their names during their chat.
Just a reminder that I, however, am still a mere blogger, writing mostly for free (and supported by your very generous donations, of course) and pretty much unemployable/unemployed by the mainstream legacy media.
And I can write whole articles about both Fallaci AND Arbus more of less off the top of my head — with some help from the, like, books I have in my house and have actually read, and not as part of a college course either because I didn’t go to frickin’ university.
