Note his defense: “civil disobedience.” Reader, I keep telling you — when you reward and romanticize “political” crime you get more of it.
It is one thing to boycott a private company to protest their policies.
It is another thing entirely to compell a private company to conform to your wishes and enter into an involuntary service contract with you, in order to protest their policies.
Calling it “civil disobedience” in order to cloak it in an aura of inviolate nobility and credibility has led us where we are today, when stealing signs (i.e. violating the First Amendment) is seen as “a great political act” (and attempting to steal magazines is lauded by the liberal idiot elite who rule over us, especially when the attempted theft is carried out by suitably brown skinned young people.)
