Long time readers know of my client of many years, Rabbi Simcha Weinstein of Brooklyn. He’d read my Toronto Star/Jewcy.com piece about the Jewish origins of comic books, and approached me to help edit and research his first book, the award-winning Up, Up and Oy Vey.
Last year we began a new project. The book is due this November and I’m very impressed by the eye catching cover. The blurbs won’t hurt either — one by the dude behind one of my all-time fave movies, The Hebrew Hammer, no less!
