He must have turned so many people away from his creed of socialist atheism, vegetarianism and dictator-worship, what with his countless cruel, vicious, unsparing observations about the human race.

A blogger friend of mine believes that one day he and I and the best of the rest of us will one day be sued for “the tort of mean.”

Indeed.

“Mean,” like “stuck up,” is a word that inferior people use to describe their superiors.
