Faisal Joseph seems very confident today — as well he might, after the “judges” ruled that the Canadian Islamic Congress is not relevant to this case. The California-based Free Republic is relevant; the Brussels Journal is relevant — but not the Canadian Islamic Congress.

So the people who brought the case in the first place are not “relevant.” More proof that Macleans will lose tomorrow. The Tribunal is packed with leftist morons siding with Muslim morons — we must look out for the Other, don’t you know? The poor inarticulate brownskinned unfortunates didn’t put on much of a case, but jeepers, they tried their best and isn’t that what really counts…?
