Dear Sir or Madam:

I am the former owner of a political message board called Free Dominion. Last summer, we received a number of posts from your server that were so harassing that we had to ban your server IP address from our website.

Some of the comments suggested that Christians were terrorists and that they should be forced to wear blue hats to identify themselves as Christians. Your employee posted inflammatory comments with links back to the Big City Lib blog where he and others defamed members of our site, ridiculed their religious views and even called the popular Lifesite a “hate site”.

Since your server was banned from our site, the defamation on the Big City Lib blog has continued. Many of the posts are during work hours, so I am naturally assuming that your employee is still posting from your server.

I would appreciate it if you would let me know if your employee, Michael J. Murphy, is paid to promote the views of the Toronto Real Estate Board on Canadian websites, or if he is actually promoting his own opinion, using your resources.

As you can imagine, there has been talk of defamation suits by those he has libeled, and his egregious attack on Christians has left the Toronto Real Estate Board open to a human rights complaint for spreading hatred against an identifiable religious group.

I would appreciate prompt clarification on the position of the Toronto Real Estate Board so that I can advise Free Dominion members as to whether your organization should be named as a party in any of their future actions.

Sincerely,
Connie J. Fournier
