“Anyone wondering why need only read Richard Warman’s Statement of Claims (PDF, 1.5M, 23pp) against Kate of SDA. In particular paragraphs 28-31.
“He’s suing Kate not because she posted anything libelous, but because Kathy supposedly did on SDA, and that any link to supposed libelous statements constitutes libel. His grounds are that commentators on SDA libeled him and therefore Kate is the libeling party.
“I have the posts in question in my database and I republished them on Saskblogs and had search capabilities on Saskblogs.
“In other words, by Warman’s definition, I libeled him as well.”
