A good friend of this blog has a new book out, and it sounds like a riot. Here’s her blurb:
“The Tragical Tale of Aelianus of England” is a 74 page novella. It follows the adventures of a pedantic traditionalist Catholic Englishman who flees to Canada from an amorous (and heretical) Scots witch.
Her arrival inspires a flight from rural Ontario to the wilds of Quebec. “The Tragical Tale” is a non-stop sleigh ride adventure, with several egregious stereotypes and a nice chunk of liturgical Latin thrown in.
Come on, that’s pretty intriguing! I certainly have talented readers, eh?
