What the hell is “uncritical derision” anyway?

Isn’t “derision”, by definition, “critical”?

What’s wrong with “cries” against “activist judges”? That these cries sound (gasp!) “American”?

This typical Canadian elitist is so used to the company of his fellow brainwashed dupes that he’s forgotten how to make lucid arguments.

Anyway, lawyers are still idiots, and those boring old fashioned rules of the rhetorical road (against ad hominems and fallacies and all that other stuff that makes arguing fun) are just tools to shut people up, despite what Mike says — just before he (quite deliciously) rips this guy.
