“should the British Columbia Human Rights Commission take up these loonies’ complaint against Mark. Anyone who cares about freedom of speech needs to recognize that these sorts of tactics need to be resisted and, more importantly, attacked.
“I’ve no doubt that Mark and Mcleans will run the full constitutional argument before the respective Human Rights Commissions and, down the road, before the rather more reasonable people who sit as judges in, well, Courts.
“Meanwhile, one can only hope the legal sprouts will sue me. Or complain about the Dutch fireworks ad. Mind you, I can’t even get the liar Kinsella to sue me no matter how often I call him a liar… so I fear the sprouts at lawiscool are not likely to drop a writ.”
