As many of you know, FreeDominion.ca is being sued by serial complainer Richard Warman, because commenters on the site allegedly defamed him.
Putting aside the fact that calling an advocate of censorship an “advocate of censorship” could only be actionable in a nation as screwed up as Canada — should websites be held responsible for the statements of third party commenters?
Yes, these guys are Americans, but aren’t our robed masters usually in the thrall of other countries’ laws?
