Silva is a big advocate for “immigrants and undocumented workers”, you see, helping them and their elderly, sickly mothers and fathers get Government entitlements they haven’t paid into.
Silva is also focused on “the environment”, “the arts” and “human rights”. The usual Liberal Party b.s. He wants you to sign a gun control petition, a Make Poverty History petition… Basically the guy is a walking stereotype.
Why do we need “literacy programs”, Mario? We have a phrase for people who attend tax-payer sponsored public schools and still can’t read: stupid lazy morons taught by incompetent Marxist teachers.
